Feature request: arpeggio and pitch

I want an instrument that resembles a tom tom drum. Usually the pitch of such an instrument changes (the pitch slides down). The same is true for some accent drums.

At OPN2, there is a draft for the WOPNv3 format, and it has the plan to make the pitch-based envelopes that should allow that. Also, that would be good for OPL3 too. At first, I need to finally resume the work on WOPNv3 and implement the most of planned features include the PCM-based instruments support.

For WOPNv3, I very much hope that it will come out as soon as possible. Within the scope of my ability, I am willing to share some work on WOPNv3 for you.
