EchoFunction does not seem to work #140

It seems like Echo works but not EchoFunctions. For example,

EchoFunction[Total]@Map[b,{4,3}];

Further, EchoTiming, EchoEvaluation and EchoLabel all seem to do nothing in a Jupyter notebook
