What problem does this address?

Currently, users can choose from two styles of pagination arrow icons in the Query Pagination block. We could expand these options to allow for more design flexibility.

What is your proposed solution?

As a follow-up from #50779 and as mentioned by @jameskoster in #49266, it would be great to allow the user to select from some preset characters or upload a custom icon for the pagination arrow.

There's a lot of overlap between this and the following:

It would be nice to design a solution that works for all such scenarios.
