Add Wappalyzer detection for all Performance Lab plugins

Description

Currently this project builds the following plugins:

• Performance Lab plugin
• Enhanced Responsive Images - Add Enhanced Responsive Images detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#54
• Embed Optimizer - Add Embed Optimizer detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#55
• Image Prioritizer - Add Image Prioritizer detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#61
• Modern Image Formats - Add Modern Image Formats detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#56
• Optimization Detective (Developer Preview) - Add Optimization Detective detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#57
• Performant Translations - Add Performant Translations detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#58
• Speculative Loading - Add Speculative Loading detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#59
• Image Placeholders - Add Image Placeholders detection HTTPArchive/wappalyzer#60

Of these plugins, only Performance Lab is detected by Wappalyzer.

We should add detections for all of the plugins.

Why this helps

With this detection, we can directly query for sites that use each plugin to measure their impact. Currently, building queries that detect the plugins is more resource intensive because queries need to extract the generator tag from the payload JSON object - an expensive operation.
