Limit purchase quantity on ticket and/or coupon code

We offer a "Mini Sponsor" ticket for those attendees wanting to contribute a little bit more than the general entry ticket. It's meant to be a single one-time purchase. I'd like to have the option to limit the purchase quantity to one, rather than the default 0 to 10 option.

We also have coupon codes for speakers and volunteers and the like. It would be ideal if we could also have a purchase quantity setting to limit these to one purchase only, otherwise the coupon code could get abused or we'd have to create a coupon code for each speaker/sponsor/volunteer/organiser etc which is too time consuming.
