Templates: Sync customized templates back to repo

Many of the templates have been customized in the site editor, so the templates in the repo here are not accurate. If they're stable, those changes could be synced back down to the HTML templates & reset so that this repo better reflects the live site.

Some customization might not be needed anymore, since the parent them better supports blogs now.
