When adding an Image to a post that has a white background, we have to manually define a border for the block:
This is likely to have long-term consequences of the gray border not matching the overall color scheme at some point in the future. Different writers may also use different style selections, leading to inconsistency. It's also just annoying to have to manually set this up.
We should define a "Bordered" block style to make bordered images consistent, future proof, and require less work for the writer.
