[FEATURE] Display tool names in all benchmark view tooltips

Feature Description

In the workflow benchmarks card view, the tooltip for "Licence" and "Citations" do not mention the name of the tool when hovering over the little white-green boxes representing tools in the workflow. It would be nice if the name of the tool was always shown, followed by a colon and the benchmark (license and number of citations, in these cases).

Motivation

Displaying the name of the tool saves the user time and effort having to look it up in one of the benchmark tooltips that display the tool name, or switching back to the Figures view.

Proposed Solution
