The constraints interface duplicates fields sometimes

Sometimes, when I add a second constraint and set it to Use operation in the solution, it duplicates the previous Operation dropdown. This results in the 2 being linked, i.e., changing one Operation also changes the other.

After refreshing the page the dropdowns seem to stop being "linked".
