We have been using popheath 5.1, we have 4 x 2.944 GHz CPUs, 80 MB of memory allocated for that VM and pophealth have been able to perform the calculations for our providers without any problem.
We installed pophealth 6.0 in another VM with the same resources as in pophealth 5.1. When we try to perform the same calculations with the same amount of patients (about 1600) the server becomes extremely unresponsive, with all CPUs at 100%.
Note: We are able to perform calculations with the Cypress provided data without any problem.
Any ideas will be appreciated.
