Extract genotypes

Another thing it would be nice to pull out of the papers is genotype, eg ksIs2 [Pdaf-7p::GFP + rol-6(su1006)] or agls17[Pmyo-2::mCherry + Pirg-1::GFP]. For variants we are focusing on the names, but for Karen's transgenes and constructs we'd probably want to extract the genotypes too, if they are not already captured elsewhere?
