Fedora 28 Plasma 5.13 Try Install

i already did
dnf install kf5-plasma-devel.x86_64 kf5-plasma.x86_64 extra-cmake-modules
if i do cmake as root get

but any ways it do not work it look a black background could you help me ? i would like to use it

It looks like this plugin is installed successful, but it couldn't found a video decoder to play the video.
I didn't use fedora but I think install the packages about gstreamer may help, and also you could run plasmashell in a terminal to get the plugin's error message.

I'm using Arch Linux. I installed phonon-qt5-gstreamer and fixed a similiar issue (I'm not sure if it was exactly the same as yours).
