对OpenLeaderboard的Top300的仓库找对应项目，进行项目级标签

任务分工

11月份OpenLeaderboard的项目Openrank排名

  • hwr: 1-50
  • wrb: 51-100
  • wj: 101-150
  • zzw: 151-200
  • lhb: 201-250
  • hbb: 251-300

任务描述

  1. GitHub 搜索:

    • 确认项目不是组织（org）或基金会（foundation）。
    • 将项目下所有相关的仓库（repo）进行统计合并，并输入到 Opendigger。

  2. 查看 Opendigger:

    • 确认 Opendigger 是否有该项目的标签。
    • 若无，则将标签添加至 Opendigger-labeled_data-projects 下。
