（不严谨）的做个三级划分，越往高级，结构化和所需要的加工程度就越高：

矿物 (minerals)
晶体 (crystals)
宝石 (gems)

比较容易实现的就是两级，一级就是原始的关系型数据，二级就是进行提取后的图数据。尽量包含所有的特征，便于其他人研究。
