Feature Request: Option to disable linking from/to specific dimensions

It would be great to have a blacklist of dimensions that disallow linking to/from. Currently, mystcraft allows to make interplanetary travel from Galacticraft much easier than intended, with ability to travel without consuming any fuel, instantly and from any point. This is even bigger exploit with GalaxySpace, where with low-tier rocket one is supposed to travel between few close planets to reach farther ones (Earth -> Mars -> Asteroids is possible, Earth -> Asteroids is not).
