I can't connect to my second computer after changing the default port

Hello, I tested the application on my two PCs, and then I decided to change the port on the second PC and set this port on the router so that I can connect it externally.

However, after changing the port, I can no longer connect to my second PC via Moonlight-Switch. On Android, it continues to work normally.

I removed the computer and added the local IP + new port (I also tried with the External IP), it identifies the computer and adds it to the server list, but when I press to connect, it does not connect.

The following error is displayed:
"Error
Couldn't connect to server"

When I change the port on the second PC to the default port, it can connect normally when I close the program on the first PC.

Note: With each change I made, I removed the PC from the server list and then added it again.
