Resolver is not working when running xyolo --install to install plugin. Updated xyo-base-nodejs.

Hello! I noticed the "help wanted" tag on this. I'm really fascinated by XYO and have been looking at some of your source code and white/yellow papers. Hi @hamdrew thanks for reaching out. If you want to tackle this, please submit a pull request with "fixes #67 ". This issue is to fix a a specific bug. The update guide issue (#67) is the issue with the documentation update, which I have had little time to get into. I'll most likely review the request, so if you have any questions please let me know.
