Add some new abilities to Debts #16

Apply some features from Transactions to Debts tab:

Select items by tapping on arrow icon with showing balance of selection.
Add fields to Debts such as Date (at least) and Contragent (with ability to select it from existing ones).
Add Filter ability (Date, Direction (+ or -) and Contragent will be enough).
