Начиная с Android 10 невозможно просто так получить доступ к буферу обмена. Ошибка, которая возникает при попытке получить доступ к буферу:

ClipboardService: Denying clipboard access to com.yoshione.fingen, application is not in focus neither is a system service for user 0
