Backlights is never turning off. #6

Once lighted, backlights never turning off.
lcd.backlight(OFF) - don't seems to be working, but lcd.set_brightness() works great.

I have the same issue... lcd.backlight(1) and lcd.backlight(0) seem to have no affect.
