I require cache partitions for some of my projects, so an API for this would be very much appreciated.

Looks like @thrimbor is working on something: https://github.com/thrimbor/nxdk/commits/cache_partition_descriptor
(Leaving this here to keep track of this feature, just in case it doesn't land soon)
