Hi, the problem is solved but it's been a while so I couldn't remember what I did to fix it. After comparing with past commits of transformers on GitHub, I believe the modified version by the author is based on this commit.
The version is somewhere between release version v3.2.0 and v3.3.0.

Is there anyone who can help? I've tried version 3.2.0 and 3.3.0, but neither of them work.

You may try clone transformers from github and switch to the specific commit.
Alternatively, you can try other implementations of prefix-tuning, such as peft.
