Prometheus相关的service必须存在，否则ui的pod无法启动，但是环境不需要Prometheus相关的service

@JoeyX-u 部署了 Istio 之后， Prometheus 的 Service 不是默认就有的么？还是说你们部署 Istio 的时候移除了 Prometheus Service。

@JoeyX-u 如果没有 Prometheus Service 的话，UI Pod 中的 nginx 确实无法启动。你可以参考文档，去掉 tool/naftis.conf 中的 prometheus 的 upstream，编译一个自己的 Naftis 镜像来使用。
