Let the user take pictures using camera, microphone recordings, when uploading files

Usually file upload dialogs in desktop browsers feature file selection, but Liquid somewhat pretends to act a bit like a mobile device simulator. Giving user option to take a picture using web camera or record a video instead of going straight for file system could bridge the gap between mobile and desktop devices when it comes to using the Internet.
