Using v4.0.1 of Traveler's Titles and v14.0.2 of Waystones.

I created a named waystone called "test" and placed it in my world before to check something. I've since removed that waystone, but whenever I go over the same region where I had the placed waystone, it now gives me a title popup even though that waystone is no longer there.

Sorry I'm so late on this.

This is weird, since I use the Waystones API directly to constantly get a list of known waystones. It may be a bug with their API not properly removing entries in the stored list when a waystone is deleted.

Does restarting your game fix the issue?

Hi, I haven't been using the same mod list from the report in a while / am away from my computer for this week but no the issue persisted throughout multiple game instances.
