We just added a bunch of features / refactorings without tests. We should expand our test coverage to include reports (#994) and the new reservations index (#708).

Reports are covered in #601, so I'm updating the title accordingly.

The new controller actions from #708 are covered (I added the tests in the final commit)

This is basically done, I'm going to merge this into #1223 since all that's really left is to verify that the index view shows relevant reservations.
