v3.4.0-rc2

This RC fixes many undefined_method bugs introduced during the 3.4 development cycle of refactoring scopes and methods, and brings usability back to v3.1-alpha10 standards after a thorough manual check of all views.

v3.3.0 (untested)

Please track v3.4.x, which also incorporates these new features, for the much-requested app-wide speed optimizations. v3.3 has undergone rigourous bugtesting by our staff, but has not been run in production for Yale systems, as it has been skipped in favor of v3.4.

This release provides fixes for the new calendar function (#729) and reposts the changes from #316 in #715. "perminently" is now spelled "permanently".

This patches the release notes, schema.db, and an improper current_user call which prevented new user creation, as improvements to RC1.
