Can we updated color palette with background image?

Hi,

Love this app. Been looking for an easy option to have different wallpapers for light and dark mode and this app just works for that! Great work 👍

I am on a Samsung S23+ with Android 13 and One UI 5.1. And I love the "Material You" style color change where my background image determines much of my phone's color theme and changes many apps to make them all coherent.

When this app changes my background, the color palette is not changing to adopt though. I tried with a green and red image and the color palette would only update once I set the background image manually through the settings.

Could we add support to update the color palette along with the background image?

Actually this is a Samsung issue. Stock Android (and also MIUI afaik #9) changes the color when DualWallpaper changes your wallpaper.
I'm also using OneUI (4.1.1 and 5.1) and neither of them change automatically. That's because Samsung implemented this feature differently. I'll have to check how they do it and maybe I'll be able to replicate it.

Somewhere I read that the fact that you have to choose between multiple color schemes might be a hindrance. If so, maybe we could implement a selection per background image while setting them 🤔

I know nothing about Android development but would be happy to be a test user.
