Only first project configuration is ever launched #7

I have two projects configured, each has its root directory correctly set. No matter what i do, it always only launches the first project, even if im in a directory (current terminal or opened file) of the second project.

Any ideas what i'm doing wrong? Could we have some way to manually launch specific project?
