Move injection tags on the iOS / tvOS Extensions page to a table and add more detailed descriptions

The iOS / tvOS Extensions manual page currently lists the built-in code injection tags in a code section without a proper description. As suggested by @DiasFranciscoA, move them to a table and add a description for every tag that explains where the tag content goes and how it's used.
