proposed LED changes on rPI #679

Currently on rPI2:

led0 (green): SD card activity
led1 (red): power (always on)

what do you think of changing to the following in the updater?

during update, we set red led trigger to timer, so it blinks at 1hz rate
if there is an update error, change red led to blink at 10hz rate
after update we set red led to heartbeat and before switching to main rootfs

I'm looking at sending a rPI setup without a display, so it would be good to have some indication of status during updates.
