We dump files (of incoming messages) only after its processing.

Even if we manage errors during processing, it is just safer to dump first

Also make the order deterministic: do not use the random ref as the file dump name. Use a date format like YYYYMMdd-hh-mm-ss-mmmm-id, which id a random or incremental id.

Thus we will be able to consult dumps in their order of arrival easily.
