Currently, users with the grafana permission have Admin role in grafana. It's not possible to edit the role in grafana cause it's binded to ldap.
Could it be possible to have 3 permission in yunohost for the 3 roles "Admin", "Editor", "Viewer" ?

It seems it can be configured here: https://github.com/YunoHost-Apps/grafana_ynh/blob/master/conf/ldap.toml#L76
