Include all InfluxDB databases in backup

Describe the bug

InfluxDB backup does not include all databases.

Context

• Hardware: AMD 4600G
• YunoHost version: latest 11.1.7
• I have access to my server: Through SSH | through the webadmin | direct access via keyboard / screen | ...
• Are you in a special context or did you perform some particular tweaking on your YunoHost instance?: no

Steps to reproduce

• create a new DB in influxBD, populate with some GBs of datas
• launch a backup from the webmin
• size of the backup is only 30MB, should be several GBs
• open the backup script and see that only one DB is backuped

Expected behavior

• Backup every DB

The change in the script is quite simple IMHO : just use "influxb backup -portable " and restore with "influxd restore -portable " to backup the entire InfluxDB instance.
