Support Raspberry nmcli

Is the hotspot app supposed to work out-of-the box with raspbian ? Or should it be adapted to follow these instructions if yunohost detects it's installed on raspbian ?

The hotspot should work on raspberry pi, but if there are distribution specific commands to make it work, they should be probably be done in the yunohost image.
