Training only takes 7 seconds!

As can be seen, there are no obvious errors, but the TBase3HF file only contains 120 rows of data - surely there should be a lot more than that? Also, training in the buildClassif_HF.R script only takes 7 seconds.

I've actually got about 277 mb of wav data in 236 files all recorded/resampled at 384KHz.

There's only 5 labelled files appearing there, I suspect that you pointed to one subfolder of your RSDB only ? Could you check that?
