Determinism of binaries

Setup workflow that rebuild all dependencies twice using the same version of Xcode, and compare all files inside deps directories. This needs to be done from checkouts at different paths and at different date.

Such comparison should help to avoid any absolute paths or time stamps of any form (time(), __DATE__, etc) stored inside built dependencies.
