AbstractDbMapper.php#L11 references Zend\Stdlib\Hydrator\HydratorInterface. Since 2.6.0 Zend\Db utilizes the literal form of the Hydrator (Zend\Hydrator\HydratorInterface).
This breaks hydrators in the mappers.
