ZDB-PUB-160617-4 has High levels of calcium, low levels of calcium, Low Na+ & low Cl-, High Na+& low Cl- and High Na+& High Cl-
Can't represent relative chemical concentrations and their effects on gene expression which is one of the main points of the paper.

Possible terms TBD
Chemical treatment with low levels of ChEBI:#
Experimental condition in which the fish is treated with relatively low levels a chemical substance. This treatment could be administered by adding the chemical substance to the tank water, injections, or by consumption.
Chemical treatment with high levels of ChEBI:#
Experimental condition in which the fish is treated with relatively high levels a chemical substance. This treatment could be administered by adding the chemical substance to the tank water, injections, or by consumption.

In the same "spirit", we would also need to be able to curate deficiencies and excess of Chemical for the following:

  • food content + high/low Chebi:#
    example: "Zinc deficiency" (ZDB-PUB-170308-1)
  • water quality + high/low Chebi:#
    example: water low in zinc (or other element... need to find the PUB id)
    Note: these are different from "chemical treatments"
