No weapons are added in the inventory editor

In general, when I try to add a weapon, shield, or something like that using the inventory editor, it just doesn't appear in the game. In the editor, it shows that there are weapons, but the game does not have them. Everything is empty. This happens even if you want to change the level of use of the weapon, or change its characteristics, it will also disappear in the game. I deleted the saves and started everything over again, created different characters, and so on. Has nothing helped me, is the Inventory Editor broken, or am I just using it incorrectly?
