I can't get Smapi base game to run

I am trying to get Smapi base game to run but it crashes and never opens and comes up with a popup window saying Smapi Stardew Valley Has Stopped
And I'm running latest 1.6.14.8 version and the installer says 1.5.6.39 or later is supported
What should I do??

If you have tried everything, you should try to get an apk of stardew 1.5.6.39.

可以用SMAPI游玩星露谷物语1.5.6.52，如果SMAPI在安装上报错，请前往Android→SMAPI Installer文件夹，里面有一个APK，进行更改签名，然后安装。
