Plot stimuli waveform does not show the correct level for the laser

Now that the laser waveforms are only scaled in sendSamples, the method that plots the stimulus waveforms does not plot the right value for the laser waveform. We should modify the code so that the laser waveform is the correct amplitude or it will confuse people.
