Files Management

We need to decide on how and where we should place and update our main files (e.g. the SRS Doc). This should be different from the one we submit (by placing it under the deliverable folder in it's respective week).
This will be important for our workflow, so we can collaborate, update, and submit without issues.

This is a good idea. I created a folder in the Files section of our channel ("Files Being Worked On") and copied our Week 03 deliverable there. Maybe we can link this file to this weeks Issues and add to this file. When its done we just copy it over to the Week 04 deliverable folder. What do you guys think?
