Does not show fullscreen after starting Plasma under Wayland and 2 screens

The widget does not show fullscreen even if I set the widget to show fullscreen, unless I change the setting off and on again after starting up.

Step to reproduce

1. Install 2 monitors under Wayland, the top one is larger and the bottom one is smaller. Configure the top larger one to be the primary one and set a bottom panel.
2. Put the Tiled Menu widget at the bottom left corner
3. Set it to fullscreen
4. Restart the session

Expected result

It shows fullscreen.

Actual result

It does not show fullscreen. After I switch off and on the fullscreen setting, it shows fullscreen again.
