Allow to customize list of missing POI tags

In the list of POIs under every object there is list of important missing tags as emojis:

I would like to customize this list of missing tags. It's an important part of UI and should inform about important (to me) data missing.
I don't tag payment information as I don't think it's useful. Due to that I see card icon next to every POI which makes it more difficult to spot missing informations I care about.
Similarly many shops/amenities won't have phone number or website displayed.
On the other hand I do want to see when opening_hours is missing and either add them or tag as unsigned

Closing as part of #119. Thanks for the suggestion, it is planned, but not sure if this year.
