Description's issue field not rendering html contents

In my redmine 4.1.1 with ckeditor 1.2.3, when i enter in a issue, i saw all content in the description area with html tags. If i try to edit and, on the same page, show the text area to edited, in Ckeditor space, all content always shows html tags.
If i add in my browser "/edit" on issue page URL, i can see all content rendered normally, not showing any html tag.

This occurs only in the Description field. All Notes showing normally with correct content (rendered html tags)

Hi!
Were you able to get past this issue? I am using ckeditor v1.2.3, redmine v4.2.1 and facing the same issue and ckeditor does not render HTML content. I have to go in to the source mode of the editor, add content with html tags and then save the issue. This occurs only in the Description field.
