Feature/enhancement request: Option to save detections in Amazon S3 bucket.

When saving images to Amazon S3 bucket it would be good to have the option to just save images with detections, not all images. This will save space and cost of the bucket and as it is now it is very hard to find detections.

There is an option in the Image viewer (not the Gallery view) where you can enable just showing "detections". This makes it easy to just review anything detected by indi-allsky.

However... the detection functionality is only good for detecting a limited type of events. Effectively, the detection is only detecting "lines" in the image. There are many cases where events might not be detected.
