React Native version: 0.59.3

Has this issue already been raised? No
Have you clearly read and understood the Readme? Yes I was using the package fine with rn 0.57.8
Code and explanation to replicate this issue: It's sufficient to build an app with rn 0.59.3

also add react-native-video as peerDependencies instead of dependencies
