Scenario: When someone faces problems with non logged in functions, like signup, forgot-password, login, etc. they do not get any option to ask for help.

Expected Soln: Create a small link in the footer with text 'Facing any issue? Contact us' clicking which a modal/dialog will pop up with the contacts details (take this from the Credits menu which user can see after login).
