After installing vault there are additional steps that must be taken to make vault operational - initialize and unseal.
After the initialization and unseal we must upgrade mainflux installation with root token for accessing vault API.
In #110 I've described a procedure how to install vault as separate deployment and then upgrade mainflux deployment.
